Ingeborg was awarded an Erasmus scholarship and spent a year in Heidelberg, Germany, at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität. Has studied German in Uppsala and Berlin.

Membership: Swedish Bar Association 2016.

Ingeborg has completed her notary service at the District Court of Blekinge. She also worked as drafting clerk at the District Court of Halmstad.

Ingeborg joined the firm in March 2014 where she works with inheritance law as well as the other areas of private law in which we specialize. Ingeborg is fluent in German as well as in Swedish and English.

Agnes had an internship at the law firm Althin in Stockholm while she wrote her master thesis. Before that Agnes worked as summer intern at the law firm Southlaw in Malmö. She has also been a legal advisor at Juristresursen in Uppsala and mentor for new law students in Uppsala.

Agnes joined our firm in August 2017 and works with inheritance law as well as the other areas of private law in which we specialize.

In addition to Swedish and English, Agnes also speaks French.

Prior to joining our firm, Johannes worked as Financial Accountant at ÖSK Elitfotboll.

Has has also worked within VarnerGruppen.

In July of 2012, Johannes joined our firm as our Financial Accountant. He is also responsible for developing our financial procedures and processes.

After completing her degree, Helena worked at the notary and tax department of SEB before starting at our advocate law offices in 1991, after judicial training and a short period at the Enforcement Service.

Since working at our offices, Helena has mainly worked with inheritance issues, specialising in the associated tax law problems.

International Law studies at the University of Alberta, Canada.

Lina’s thesis, The conflict between return of a child and the child’s best interest – A study of the application of The Haague Convention of 1980 regarding International Child Abduction, was awarded first prize of ”Uppsala Law Students’ Alumni Association” for Best Thesis of 2008.

Membership: Swedish Bar Association 2016.

Following internship at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs as well as at the Consulate General of Sweden in New York, Lina for a brief period worked at the Swedish Migration Board in Uppsala. She then moved on to work at the Swedish Administrative Court.

Lina has also worked at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, handling Swedish complaints under the European Convention on Human Rights.

Prior to Lebenberg Advokatbyrå, Lina most recently held a position at the Child and School Student Representative at the Swedish Schools Inspectorate.

Lina joined our firm in August of 2012, dealing mainly with inheritance law and other private law proceedings.

After training at court and a short period with the Enforcement Service, Torgny worked at the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency where his specialisation in inheritance issues was founded.

He then worked at the Government Offices of Sweden (the ministries) for several years.

He started his own practice in 1980 and since then inheritance law has been his main area of specialisation.

In 2012, he contributed with a Swedish chapter to the International Bar Association’s International Estate Planning Guide.

After her judicial traineeship at Stockholm City Court, Gabriella joined Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå in Stockholm in 1994. There she specialized in commercial law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and commercial disputes.

When Gabriella joined Lebenberg Advokatbyrå in 1999 she continued handling commercial law assignments. However, since ten years Gabriella has shifted her focus to the law of succession and our other private law areas of practice.
