Practice areas

We focus on a selectively limited number of legal fields. Our core area of practice, in which we have extensive experience, is Swedish and international law of succession.

The area of law that we refer to as 'family property law' is closely related to our main specialist area of the law of succession. We therefore regularly undertake assignments regarding all civil law issues associated with family property and financial relationships, but we do not deal with issues relating to custody, access/visitation or maintenance support for children.

In addition to assignments within the areas of the law of succession and family property law, we are also pleased to undertake other assignments involving the law of property and other financial relations, in particular where our knowledge and experience within the law of succession and family law can be utilised or developed.
