Other law of property, etc.

In addition to assignments within the areas of succession and family property law, we undertake other assignments involving the law of property and other financial relations, in particular where our knowledge and experience within succession and family law comes to the fore. Such cases may include company law, the ownership of property, tenancy and housing issues, claims and debt situations and insurance issues relating to property damage. We also deal with appeals against tax decisions.

As these issues often arise within our assignments in conjunction with the winding up of estates, it is also natural for us to deal with these matters in other contexts.
